Waldo was NOT excited about me bringing in all those baby clothes. He also doesn't care for the crib much at all- he left us a stinky present right in front of the crib. boo! Well now that we are getting all these clothes in her closet, I think I need to start working on some closet dividers. There are some really cute ones on etsy but I think I could probably make some myself...or maybe my creative sis-in-law could figure it out;) ha
here's a link to a pretty easy closet divider that I could make... http://ashleyannphotography.com/blog/2009/11/21/diy-closet-dividers/
Also I've seen them made from little squares of wood that have bright ribbons attached that you tie to the closet rod.
Here's some of the cute things I found this weekend...
sweet pink lil jumper
polka dots-always classy
Cute little Ralph Lauren Plaid dress- very preppy
I loved this because it reminded me of Mamaw- Can't you just see
Rosetta wearing a big versions of this? ha
Yellow jumper
Blue jean dress w/ matching bloomers
I had fun with my first consignment sale experience. There were tons of things there from strollers to bouncy seats to bedding to maternity (I snagged a few maternity things too)
This weekend has been pretty productive. I cleared out all of our books and such from the baby's room. It's pretty funny because we have 2 and 3 copies of some of the same books. We have 2 copies of the DaVinci Code and I've never read it. But now all of our books have a home in our living room book case. I also cleaned out my closet today hoping to make room for some of my misc junk that is in the baby's room. I have a plastic tote full of nice dress pants that I had slightly outgrown before I got pregnant that I hope to fit back into later on but I wanted them out of my way for now. Then I have a jumbo bag full of clothes that I haven't worn in a few years. They are some pretty nice clothes. I'm not sure what to do with them. I can't decide if I should give them to GoodWill or wait to see if a good charity comes along. idk. We still have to clean out Jacob's closet too. It feels good to straighten everything up.
