Bryant was born Novemeber 5, 2009. 7lbs 11 oz and 20 inches.

Y-M-C-A

Halloween was fun times. Me, Jacob, and Carol were the village people. haha.

We hadn't planned on doing anything but my schools homecoming was on halloween and being that I live in the same town as my college I couldn't not go. They had a big Alum bash at a bar downtown and another bar had a big halloween party so we had to get a costume at the last minute. Jacob actually shaved his beard into a fu man chu and colored it with some black makeup. So of course he had to shave it all off and now he has a baby face. I haven't seen him with a naked face in forever. Its weird. ha

R&R at the River

This week me and my hubby were off all week for a staycation. Our 1 year anniversary is Oct.25th so it was cool to have a week off leading up to our anniversary. We went to Memphis one day to go to the zoo and then to see some friends and my hubby's sister. Fun was had by all.

On our week off we have done lot of eating out and watching movies. We've eaten mexiacan, sushi, steak, homecooking, chineese, lil bit of everything:)

Thursday-Saturday we stayed at one of Jacob's relative's cabin on the TN river. It was tons of fun just hanging out in the middle of nowhere with just my boo (we boarded our dogs at the kennel).

My hubby made a big pot of chili and we drank lots of beer and watched scary movies.

I'm a Lazy Bum

So Jacob and I have our 1 year wedding anniversary Oct.25. We are off work and school until the 26th so we are lounging around the house enjoying each others company. It's nice.
Usually he has school and class all day and night, he gets home at 10:30 most nights. And I leave at 6am for work everyday so we have very limited time together. He is on fall break this week for school so we both took off work to be together.
I gave him part of his anniversary present early, several card games (playing off of the paper theme for the 1st anniversary). So we have been playing games all weekend.

I am so happy to be married to the most wonderful man ever.

We have been together for 4 years counting dating and I still have butterflies and get googley-eyed. I hope that feeling never goes away.

First Post

I've had a few blog type deals in the past but they have kinda fizzled out.

But we'll see how it goes.
